We enjoy guacamole with all kinds of Mexican foods and it is so quick and easy to make. I prefer it when you can taste the wonderful avocado flavor but feel free to adjust the recipe to your own tastes and add more garlic, onion, lime juice or Tabasco.
Avocados are the key ingredient of this recipe. They should be nice and ripe and should give a little when you gently press them with your thumb. They shouldn’t feel either hard or squishy. Hard avocados can be left on the counter for several days to ripen.
