*If you don’t have a grill, you can easily make Fajitas in a large frying pan (cast iron is best). Here’s how: heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan over high heat and fry the steak on both sides to desired doneness (rare, medium, well-done). If the pan starts smoking too much, reduce heat. Remove steaks from the pan, cover and allow them to rest. Fry the vegetables in the pan over medium heat until the onions are translucent.
