Instructions
Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove pit. Scoop out flesh and put it into a medium-sized bowl. Drizzle with lime juice. Mash avocado with a fork or an immersion blender. Stir in salt, pressed garlic, Tabasco and chopped onion and adjust seasonings to taste.
