Das Rezept ergibt genau 5 Muffins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schoko-Lava-Cakes sind wahre Kalorienbomben und deswegen mache ich sie lieber als Minis in Muffinform, also kleiner, als wenn sie in Porzellanf\u00f6rmchen gebacken werden. Nicht, weil ich mit Kalorien sparen will, sondern weil diese gemeinen K\u00fcchlein den meisten G\u00e4sten sonst zu \u00fcppig werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du deine Lava Cakes in den klassischen Keramikf\u00f6rmchen backen m\u00f6chtest, ergibt das Rezept 3 Schokok\u00fcchlein. Zu beachten ist, dass die Backzeit bei den Keramikf\u00f6rmchen um ca. 4 Minuten l\u00e4nger ist. Ein Vorteil der Porzellanf\u00f6rmchen ist, dass die Lava Cakes nach dem Backen nicht zwingend gest\u00fcrzt werden m\u00fcssen, sondern k\u00f6nnen sie in den sch\u00f6nen F\u00f6rmchen serviert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muss ich die Muffins vor dem Backen kaltstellen?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein. Dieses Rezept f\u00fcr warmen Schokokuchen mit fl\u00fcssigem Kern ist ohne K\u00fchlen. Du kannst den Teig in die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen l\u00f6ffeln und die Muffins sofort ins Backrohr schieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Lava Cakes ist das Timing das A und O. Es gilt, die Muffins zum richtigen Zeitpunkt aus dem Backofen zu nehmen sodass sie noch warm serviert werden k\u00f6nnen. Zum Backen, Muffins direkt aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen, Frischhaltefolie entfernen und im vorgeheizten Backrohr fertigbacken. Der gek\u00fchlte Muffinteig wird 1-2 Minuten mehr Backzeit ben\u00f6tigen als im Rezept stehend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schokomuffins mit fl\u00fcssigem Kern am Tag davor genau nach Anleitung im Rezept backen und in der Backform kaltstellen. Sobald die Muffins kalt sind, aus der Form nehmen und Luftdicht, z.B. in eine Frischhaltedose, verpacken und f\u00fcr bis zu zwei Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. \n<ul>\n<li>Zum Servieren, Muffin auf ein Dessertteller geben und f\u00fcr 10-20 Sekunden in der Mikrowelle erw\u00e4rmen. Alternativ kann man die Lava Cakes f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten im hei\u00dfen Backofen erw\u00e4rmen. Sie sind fertig wenn sie wackeln wenn man sie sanft ansto\u00dft. Achtung: sie brauchen nicht mehr als einige Minuten bis sie in der Mitte wieder fl\u00fcssig werden, sie sollen auf keinen Fall durchgebacken werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diese Methode gef\u00e4llt mir besser als die Erste, weil du die fertigen Muffins in der Form ausk\u00fchlen lassen kannst. Gek\u00fchlt sind sie relativ fest und einfach zu handhaben. Somit entf\u00e4llt das stressige St\u00fcrzen der hei\u00dfen Kuchen und die damit verbundene Gefahr, dass die Muffins zerbrechen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4
