Erdbeerkn\u00f6del sind eine sehr feine Variation davon. Allein das Aroma, wenn man die Erdbeerkn\u00f6del aufschneidet! K\u00f6stlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Topfen (Quark) macht den Teig sch\u00f6n geschmeidig und verleiht den Kn\u00f6deln einen feinen, s\u00e4uerlichen Geschmack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Erdbeerkn\u00f6del mache ich den gleichen Topfenteig wie f\u00fcr meine <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/marillenknodel-aus-topfenteig\/\">Marillenkn\u00f6del.<\/a> Ich habe viele Rezepte ausprobiert und dieses ist geling-sicher und die Kn\u00f6del werden flaumig und k\u00f6stlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du musst nicht bis zur Erdbeersaison warten, um Erdbeerkn\u00f6del zu zubereiten. Ich mache sie das ganze Jahr mit TK-Erdbeeren. Ich nehme die noch tiefgefrorenen Erdbeeren, schlage den Teig dr\u00fcber und fertig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kn\u00f6del, die mit TK-Erdbeeren gemacht werden, schmecken genauso gut wie die, die mit frischen Erdbeeren gemacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"533\" height=\"800\" data-pin-description=\"Erdbeerkn\u00f6del \u2013 einfach k\u00f6stlich! Das Wichtigste ist: der Teig muss sch\u00f6n kalt sein bevor du die Kn\u00f6del formst! Zwei Stunden Rasten im K\u00fchlschrank tut dem Teig gut und du bist auf der sicheren Seite. Ein warmer Topfenteig ist zu weich und klebrig.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nimm das richtige Mehl: griffiges Mehl ist etwas gr\u00f6ber und ideal f\u00fcr Kn\u00f6del.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Erdbeeren: tiefgefrorene oder frische? Die Kn\u00f6del sind mit beiden gut!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Die H\u00e4nde immer gut bemehlen w\u00e4hrend du die Kn\u00f6del formst damit der Teig nicht an den Fingern klebt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nimm genug Teig f\u00fcr den Kn\u00f6del. Wenn n\u00f6tig, nimm zus\u00e4tzlichen Teig um die Erdbeere zu umh\u00fcllen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Der Kn\u00f6del muss rundum gut versiegelt sein, ohne sichtbaren N\u00e4hte.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Kn\u00f6del kaltstellen w\u00e4hrend das Kochwasser hei\u00df wird.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Kn\u00f6del portionsweise kochen. Je nach Topfgr\u00f6\u00dfe maximal die H\u00e4lfte der Kn\u00f6del auf einmal kochen, in Butterbr\u00f6seln w\u00e4lzen und auf eine Platte geben w\u00e4hrend die restlichen Kn\u00f6del gekocht werden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Die rohen Erdbeerkn\u00f6del kannst du einfrieren. Die Kn\u00f6del d\u00fcrfen einander aber nicht ber\u00fchren bevor sie festgefroren sind. Die noch tiefgefrorenen Kn\u00f6del werden gleich wie die frischen im wallenden, gesalzenen Wasser gekocht und danach in Butterbr\u00f6sel gew\u00e4lzt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" data-pin-description=\"Erdbeerkn\u00f6del \u2013 einfach k\u00f6stlich!
