Diese Kernig-Weichen Haferflocken Cookies sind genau sowas! F\u00fcr dieses Rezept, nehme ich statt nur Butter auch \u00d6l, damit die Cookies m\u00fcrb, saftig und weich bleiben. So mag ich Cookies eben! Wenn ich mich puristisch f\u00fchle, nehme ich nur Rosinen als Zusatz. Du kannst aber, je nach Lust und Laune und den Geschm\u00e4ckern deiner Freunde und Familie, die Rosinen weglassen und stattdessen Schokost\u00fccke und grob gehackte N\u00fcsse dazu geben. Du kannst kombinieren wie du willst! Wenn du Lust nach was Ausgefallenem hast, versuche <em>Cranberry and White Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies<\/em> oder <em>Cherry and Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies<\/em>. K\u00f6stlich! Du brauchst nur darauf zu achten, dass die Zus\u00e4tze insgesamt ca. 400 g ausmachen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Rezept macht sehr viele Kekse (80-90 Cookies), aber die Cookies halten in Gefrierfach sehr gut! So esse ich diese Haferflocken Cookies am liebsten: direkt aus dem Gefrierfach, ganz leicht angetaut, nach ca. 2-5 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur. K\u00f6stlich! Nach nur 10 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur sind die Cookies ganz aufgetaut. Ich gebe meinen Kids gern Haferflocken Cookies zur ihren Schuljausen dazu.
