Einen ausf\u00fchrlicheren Beitrag \u00fcber die <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/wie-mache-ich-pumpkin-puree-kurbispuree\/\">Herstellung von K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree gibt es hier<\/a> zu lesen. Im Gro\u00dfen und Ganzen geht es mit diesen vier einfachen Schritten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Einen mittelgro\u00dfen Hokkaido oder Butternut K\u00fcrbis der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren und entkernen.<\/li><li>K\u00fcrbish\u00e4lften bei 170\u00b0C ca. 40 Minuten backen, bis der K\u00fcrbis weich ist. Dann ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li><li>K\u00fcrbisfleisch aus der Schale l\u00f6ffeln und in einem Mixer oder mit einem P\u00fcrierstab&nbsp;p\u00fcrieren. <\/li><li>K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree abmessen. Du ben\u00f6tigst 170g K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree f\u00fcr diesen Teig. Beide Variationen sind ein Traum und die K\u00fcrbis-Zimtschnecken sind noch weicher und fluffiger geworden!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst\nhabe ich die K\u00fcrbis-Zimtschnecken mit Pumpkin Spice (Zimt, Muskatnuss, Ingwer\nund Nelken) im Teig UND in der F\u00fcllung gebacken und fand die Gew\u00fcrze in der\nF\u00fcllung ein bisschen too much. Mit Pumpkin Spice nur im Teig und reinem Zimt in\nder F\u00fcllung, sind diese Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls goldrichtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als\nTopping f\u00fcr die K\u00fcrbis-Zimtschnecken gibt es eine mega-schnelle Variante von\nFrischk\u00e4sefrosting. Pumpkin Spice und Cream Cheese Frosting stellen eine\nklassische amerikanische Kombination dar und f\u00fcr mich sind sie auch hier das\noptimale Paar, weil das cremige Frosting mit der leichten S\u00e4ure des Frischk\u00e4ses\ndie w\u00fcrzigen Pumpkin Spice Noten ausgleicht. So kann jeder so viel nehmen wie er\/sie mag. Das hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass die Zimtschnecken zugedeckt bei Zimmertemperatur aufbewahrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn sie mit Frischk\u00e4sefrosting \u00fcberzogen sind, m\u00fcssen die Zimtschnecken in den K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimtschnecken\nschmecken warm am besten! In einer mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel, Ei, braunen Zucker, Salz, K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree, Gew\u00fcrze und geschmolzene Butter mit einem Schneebesen vermischen und der Milch-Germ-Mischung hinzuf\u00fcgen. Auf niedriger Stufe mit dem Knethaken der K\u00fcchenmaschine (oder mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t) Mehl langsam hinzuf\u00fcgen und nur solange r\u00fchren bis das Mehl eingearbeitet ist. K\u00fcchenmaschine abschalten und den Teig f\u00fcr 5 Minuten ruhen lassen damit das Mehl die Fl\u00fcssigkeiten aufnehmen kann.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mit dem Knethaken den Teig auf mittlerer Stufe (KitchenAid Stufe 4) f\u00fcr 5 Minuten kneten, mit den Knethaken des Handr\u00fchrers f\u00fcr 7 Minuten oder 10 Minuten lang kneten, wenn du ihn mit den H\u00e4nden knetest.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Geschirrtuch abdecken und den Teig an einem warmen Ort f\u00fcr ca. 60 Minuten gehen lassen, bis sich das Volumen des Teiges verdoppelt hat.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den braunen Zucker mit dem Zimt vermischen und zur Seite stellen. Backform 23\u00d733 cm mit Butter bestreichen und zur Seite stellen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den Teig auf die bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu einem ca. 30\u00d738 cm gro\u00dfen Rechteck d\u00fcnn ausrollen. Achtung: der Teig ist sehr weich und klebrig, daher die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che und das Nudelholz gut bemehlen. Die weiche Butter \u00fcber die ganze Fl\u00e4che verstreichen, dann die Zimt-Zucker-Mischung darauf verteilen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den Teig l\u00e4ngs so eng wie m\u00f6glich aufrollen. Da der Teig sehr weich ist, schneide ich die K\u00fcrbis-Zimtschnecken lieber mithilfe eines St\u00fccks Zahnseide als mit einem Messer. Schneide sie in 12 gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke von der Rolle ab. Lege die Zimtschnecken mit der geschnittenen Seite nach oben in die Backform.*<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">K\u00fcrbis-Zimtschnecken abdecken und f\u00fcr 30 Minuten an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. Backofen auf 190\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8109-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Zimtschnecken f\u00fcr 20 Minuten backen, aus dem Backofen nehmen und in der Form auf einem Gitter ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Ich schneide die einzelne Zimtschnecken gleich auseinander und kann somit pr\u00fcfen, ob sie innen fertig gebacken sind.
