Gro\u00dfe, runde Krapfen, mit Marillenmarmelade gef\u00fcllt und mit Staubzucker bestreut. Wenn du jetzt erwartest, dass ich von selbstgemachten Krapfen schreibe, muss ich dich leider entt\u00e4uschen. Denn ich bin kein gro\u00dfer Fan von Krapfen. Naja, es gibt SCHON Krapfen, die mir schmecken, davon esse ich ein Paar in den Wochen vor dem Faschingsdienstag. Auch Vanillekrapfen schmecken mir. Mmmmh. Aber Krapfen selber zu machen, das wird in n\u00e4chste Zeit nicht passieren. W\u00e4hrend ich die M\u00e4use in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l ausbacke, helfen die Kids gerne, die fertigen, noch warmen M\u00e4use in der Zimt-Zucker-Mischung zu w\u00e4lzen und fertig sind sie!<\/p>\n<p>Gebackene M\u00e4use schmecken sooo herrlich guat! Aussen sch\u00f6n knusprig und innen traumhaft flaumig.
