Der Name Red Velvet bezieht sich nicht nur auf die tiefrote\nFarbe, sondern auch auf die saftige, weiche und samtige Konsistenz des Kuchens.\nGenauso wichtig wie die Farbe und Konsistenz des Kuchens ist die einzigartige\nKombination der Zutaten: Vanille, Kakaopulver und Buttermilch geben den Ton an.\nDie leichte (kaum zu bemerkene!) S\u00e4ure von der Buttermilch und einen kleinen Schuss\nEssig hebt den Red Velvet Cake von klassischen Vanille- und Schokoladekuchen\nab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einen Red\nVelvet Cake zu machen geht ganz einfach. Mehl und Kakaopulver werden mit den\nanderen trockenen Zutaten gesiebt, die fl\u00fcssige Zutaten werden mit einem\nelektrischen Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t verr\u00fchrt und dann wird alles vermischt. Lebensmittelfarbe-Paste oder\n-Gel ist konzentrierter, daher brauchst du weniger von der Gelfarbe aber\nfl\u00fc\u00dfige Farbe geht auch. Lebensmittelfarbe in Pulver ist noch st\u00e4rker. Am\nbesten nimmst du am Anfang nur ganz wenig davon. Du kannst mehr \u00fcber Cream Cheese Frosting, Frischk\u00e4se und die Herstellung des Frischk\u00e4sefrostings in <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/anleitung-fur-cream-cheese-frosting-aus-europaischem-frischkase\/\">diesem Beitrag<\/a> lesen, wenn du m\u00f6chtest. Wichtig ist, dass der Puderzucker zuerst mit der Butter gebunden wird, bevor du den Frischk\u00e4se hinzuf\u00fcgst, sonst wird das Frosting zu fl\u00fcssig! Eine Torte mit Cream Cheese Frosting muss unbedingt gek\u00fchlt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unten\nfindest du auch das Rezept f\u00fcr das \u201coriginale\u201d Red Velvet Cake Frosting. Es\nwird auch \u201cgekochtes\u201d oder \u201cEinbrenn-\u201d Frosting genannt, weil die Buttercreme\nmit einer gekochten und ausgek\u00fchlten Mehl-Wasser-Paste angedickt wird. Dieses\nFrosting ist unglaublich cremig, \u00e4hnlich wie Schlag, und locker wie eine Wolke.\nWenn du die Torte nicht kaltstellen kannst, dann solltest du sie mit diesem\nFrosting empfehle dir die Torte am Vortag zu backen und zusammenzustellen denn durch das Ziehen der Torte mit der Creme wird sie von Tag zu Tag besser! &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
