Pancakes, French Toast, Zimtschnecken, Eier, Bacon\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich nehme mir gerne\ndie Zeit am Sonntag in der Fr\u00fch ein besonderes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder einen Brunch f\u00fcr\ndie Familie zu zubereiten. Das erste\nRezept f\u00fcr Ricotta Pancakes das ich ausprobiert habe war nur so lala. Also bin\nich weiter auf die Suche gegangen und bin auf Zitronen-Ricotta Pancakes gesto\u00dfen.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zitronen-Ricotta Pfannkuchen sind k\u00f6stlich zitronig. Die s\u00fc\u00dfe, fruchtige Heidelbeersauce ist das perfekte Topping dazu. Innen erinnern die Ricotta Pfannkuchen an einen Cheesecake. Sie sind saftig, reichhaltig, leicht und fluffig zugleich. Wir lieben die\nHeidelbeersauce auf normale Buttermilch-Pancakes, mit einem Klecks Schlagsahne obendrauf.\n<a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere gut geeignete\nPancake-Toppings sind: Staubzucker, frische Beeren, Lemon Curd, griechisches\nJoghurt oder Ahornsirup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Rezept unten reicht f\u00fcr 4 Personen. Ich mache immer die\ndoppelte Menge und die Reste werden f\u00fcr sp\u00e4ter aufgehoben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie halte ich die Pancakes warm?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Fertige Pancakes k\u00f6nnen auf einem Blech im warmen Backofen (90\u00b0C) aufbewahrt werden, bis alle Pancakes fertiggebacken sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie sind die restlichen Pancakes aufzubewahren?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Fest verschlossen kannst du die Pancakes f\u00fcr einen Tag im\nK\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann man Pancakes einfrieren?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten ist es, wenn man \u00fcbergebliebene Pancakes einfriert,\nmit Backpapier dazwischen. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie sind kalte Pancakes aufzuw\u00e4rmen?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalten oder gefrorenen Pfannkuchen auf einen Teller geben\nund auf h\u00f6chster Stufe in der Mikrowelle f\u00fcr 40-60 Sekunden erw\u00e4rmen bis er\nhei\u00df ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Heidelbeersauce kann fest verschlossen f\u00fcr bis zu f\u00fcnf\nTage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich die Zitronen-Ricotta Pancakes f\u00fcr die
