Ich hoffe, dass die Fotos trotzdem ansprechend geworden sind,\ndenn diese Erdbeer-Topfentorte ist wirklich die M\u00fche wert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Biskuit ist\nflaumig und gelingsicher (keine Eier trennen!) und die Topfencreme ist\nhimmlisch. Die Proportionen stimmen einfach. Der Biskuit ist nicht zu dick und\ndie Creme schmeckt traumhaft nach Topfen. Das pflanzliche Geliermittel Agar-Agar hat\nviele Vorteile, nicht nur, weil es vegan\/vegetarisch ist. Ich finde Agar-Agar\nviel einfacher in der Verwendung als Gelatine. Er wird auch schnell bei\nZimmertemperatur fest, wobei Gelatine kaltgestellt werden muss. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"533\" height=\"800\" data-pin-description=\"Diese h\u00fcbsche Torte besteht aus einem flaumigen Biskuit, einer himmlischen Topfencreme und glasierten frischen Erdbeeren. So konnte ich die Torte noch am selben Nachmittag fotografieren und anschneiden. In den Fotos siehst du vielleicht, dass die Creme noch etwas weich ist, aber mit ein paar Stunden mehr K\u00fchlzeit wird die Creme fester sein als in den Fotos. Ein weiterer Vorteil von Agar-Agar ist, dass die Topfencreme, auch wenn sie fest ist, eine cremigere Konsistenz hat als eine mit Gelatine.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" data-pin-description=\"Diese h\u00fcbsche Torte besteht aus einem flaumigen Biskuit, einer himmlischen Topfencreme und glasierten frischen Erdbeeren. Mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht Erdbeermarmelade wird der Erdbeergeschmack unterstrichen\nund zum Schluss kommt ein rotes Tortengelee \u00fcber die Erdbeeren. Einfach und\nklassisch \u00f6sterreichisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rezept Variationen:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Statt mit Erdbeeren kannst du mit diesem Rezept eine\nTopfentorte mit anderen Fr\u00fcchten oder Beeren machen. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>F\u00fcr eine \u201enormale\u201c oder klassische Topfentorte\nkannst du die Fr\u00fcchte komplett weglassen, die Torte mit dem Biskuit oben\nabschlie\u00dfen und kaltstellen.
