Ein einfacher Bl\u00e4tterteig wird mit gekochten Kartoffeln und Gem\u00fcse und einer ganzen Menge Kr\u00e4uter gef\u00fcllt. Mein Rezept f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/spinat-feta-strudel\/\">Spinat-Feta-Strudel<\/a> gibt es seit Jahren auf dem Blog und ich mache ihn noch immer in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden.<\/p>\n<p>Strudel als Hauptspeise sind super, weil in der Zeit w\u00e4hrend der Strudel im Backofen fertig b\u00e4ckt, kann die K\u00fcche zusammenger\u00e4umt und ein Salat zubereitet werden. Ein Umkippen durch Unterzuckerung wurde somit vermieden. An solchen Tagen f\u00fchlte ich mich wie eine Superfrau, weil ich so gut organisiert war. Leider kann man nicht jedes Problem mit Strudel aus der Welt schaffen.
