In den USA bekommt man K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree in der Dose in jedem Supermarkt. K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree in Dosen gibt es einfach nicht in \u00d6sterreich. Das macht aber nichts, denn \u00d6sterreicher lieben K\u00fcrbis und k\u00f6nnen gut mit K\u00fcrbis umgehen. Sie bauen K\u00fcrbis an und essen relativ viel K\u00fcrbis. Das hei\u00dft, das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree selbst zu machen, ist keine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung. Eine Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Beschreibung wie man K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree macht findest du <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/wie-mache-ich-pumpkin-puree-kurbispuree\/\">hier.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber bevor du r\u00fcber klickst, muss ich sagen, dass K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree selbst zu machen wirklich nicht schwer ist. Der K\u00fcrbis wird im Backofen ger\u00f6stet und danach p\u00fcriert. Fertig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So geht\u2019s: Backofen auf 175\u00b0C vorheizen. Den orangefleischigen K\u00fcrbis halbieren, die Kerne entfernen. K\u00fcrbis f\u00fcr 40-60 Minuten braten, bis eine Gabel an der dicksten Stelle leicht eingestochen werden kann. Aus dem Ofen nehmen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. K\u00fcrbisfleisch ausl\u00f6ffeln und in einem Mixer oder mit einem P\u00fcrierstab p\u00fcrieren. Die Menge, die du f\u00fcr das Rezept brauchst, abmessen und den Rest einfrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber was tun vom Winter bis zum Sp\u00e4tsommer, wenn es keinen frischen K\u00fcrbis gibt? Ich neige dazu, K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree f\u00fcr diese Jahreszeiten schon im Herbst einzufrieren, aber auf amazon.de kann man K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree in der Dose einfach bestellen. Suche nach Libby\u2019s pumpkin puree und w\u00e4hle 100% pure pumpkin \u2013 nicht pumpkin pie filling. Die Backzeit ist im letzteren Fall zu reduzieren. In der rechteckigen Form braucht der Kuchen 30-35 Minuten im Backofen und Cupcakes sind nach ca. 20 Minuten fertig. Mache immer eine Holzst\u00e4bchenprobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der K\u00fcrbis-Gew\u00fcrzkuchen ist unglaublich gut aber seien wir einmal ehrlich, wir sind wegen der Karamellglasur aus braunem Zucker da. Ich bin total verr\u00fcckt nach der Glasur. Mein altes Rezept f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/kurbis-gugelhupf-mit-karamellglasur\/\">Karamellglasur<\/a> habe ich abge\u00e4ndert und die Glasur enth\u00e4lt jetzt viiieel weniger Zucker und schmeckt noch besser. Ich konnte nicht aufh\u00f6ren damit, jedes K\u00fcchenutensil, wo die Glasur drauf war, abzuschlecken. Wenn etwas von der Glasur auf den Boden gefallen w\u00e4re, h\u00e4tte ich die ebenfalls gegessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit diesem K\u00fcrbis-Gew\u00fcrzkuchen mit Karamellglasur aus braunem Zucker hast du ein Rezept,&nbsp;worauf&nbsp;du dich&nbsp;immer verlassen&nbsp;kannst. Dieser Kuchen ist wundersch\u00f6n, elegant und k\u00f6stlich. Den Kuchen in den Fotos habe ich f\u00fcr die 50er-Feier meiner Freundin gebacken. Sie hat gehofft, etwas davon mit nach Hause zu nehmen aber er war in Windeseile weg.
