Ich muss gestehen, die Burgenl\u00e4nder Kipferl nie selbst gemacht zu haben. Mein Mann backt sie jedes Jahr zu Weihnachten und er macht sie so gut, warum sollte ich das \u00fcbernehmen? Der kalte Germteig wird mit Baiser bestrichen, mit N\u00fcssen belegt und zu einem Strudel eingerollt. Die Rolle wird dann in kleine Kipferl (Halbmonde) zerteilt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obwohl geschmacklich ein Gedicht, geh\u00f6ren Burgenl\u00e4nder Kipferl nicht unbedingt zu den sch\u00f6nsten Keksen auf dem Teller. (Sorry, Liebling!) Es quillt beim Ausstechen die F\u00fclle heraus und die Kipferl sehen nicht alle identisch aus aber das passt schon, genauso lieben wir sie.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
