Scones sehen von Natur aus etwas grob und klobig aus. \u201eEchte\u201c britische Scones sind unscheinbar und werden nicht mit \u00fcberfl\u00fcssigen Aromen und Zus\u00e4tze belastet. Auch in der Weihnachtszeit zum Brunch w\u00e4ren diese h\u00fcbschen, fruchtigen Scones ein Traum. Es ist ganz einfach mit frischen Cranberries zu backen. Roh sind sie ungenie\u00dfbar sauer; sie werden aber beim Backen weich und viel milder im Geschmack.
