Zucchinibrot passt sowohl zum Nachmittagskaffee als auch zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Ein Wort zum Anrichten: am liebsten esse ich Zucchinibrot (und <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/bananenbrot\/\">Bananenbrot<\/a>) mit gesalzener Butter. Klingt vielleicht komisch, schmeckt aber fantastisch \u2013 und schlussendlich hei\u00dft es ja ZucchiniBROT. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zucchini hat wenig bis gar kein Eigengeschmack und zergeht praktisch beim Backen, sodass das Zucchinibrot sch\u00f6n weich und saftig wird OHNE nach Zucchini zu schmecken sondern herrlich nach Zimt und Nelken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8109ae.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"799\" src=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8109ae.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3528\" srcset=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8109ae.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8109ae-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8109ae-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8109ae-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Um das Zucchinibrot noch ges\u00fcnder zu machen, habe ich das \u00d6l und den Zucker reduziert und das Mehl teilweise mit Vollkorn-Dinkelmehl ersetzt, man schmeckt aber keinen Unterschied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8036ae.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1199\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8036ae.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8036ae.jpg 1199w, https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8036ae-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8036ae-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_8036ae-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1199px) 100vw, 1199px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Mann m\u00f6chte die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Zucchini aus dem Garten immer hergeben aber ich lasse ihn nicht, weil man so viele gute und saftige Leckereien aus Zucchini backen kann: Zucchinibrot, Zucchinikuchen mit Karamellglasur oder <a href=\"https:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/zucchini-brownies\/\">Zucchini Brownies<\/a>\u2026mmmh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ANMERKUNGEN ZU ZUCCHINI:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Das Gewicht\/die Menge der Zucchini<\/strong> ist f\u00fcr das Gelingen des Rezepts nicht ausschlaggebend. Ein wenig mehr oder weniger ist absolut OK!<\/li><li>Ob <strong>grob oder fein geraspelt<\/strong> ist dir \u00fcberlassen. Ich finde es einfacher und schneller die Zucchini grob zu raspeln.<\/li><li>Wenn du eine recht <strong>gro\u00dfe Zucchini<\/strong> hast, die Zucchini vor dem Raspeln l\u00e4ngs aufschneiden und die Samen samt weichem Fruchtfleisch entfernen.<\/li><li>Sollte die geraspelte Zucchini an <strong>Fl\u00fcssigkeit verlieren,<\/strong> dies bitte wegsch\u00fctten bevor du die Zucchini in die Masse gibst. Es ist aber nicht notwendig die Zucchini auszudr\u00fccken. Schlussendlich wollen wir einen saftigen Kuchen.<\/li><li>Geriebene Zucchini kann man auch f\u00fcr sp\u00e4ter <strong>einfrieren.<\/strong> Aufgetaute geraspelte Zucchini in ein Sieb geben, abtropfen lassen und die abgetropften Zucchiniraspeln f\u00fcr dein Rezept abwiegen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-4307\" class=\"wprm-recipe-container\"
