Ich habe das Rezept, oder zumindest ein \u00e4hnliches, bereits vor Jahren von einer Freundin bekommen. Ihr Rezept ist allerdings f\u00fcr ein ganzes Blech und ich dachte, dass der Kuchen in einer Tarteform s\u00fc\u00df ausschauen w\u00fcrde. Alles in allem brauchst du f\u00fcr die Zubereitung und das Backen nur insgesamt eine Stunde. Nach 10-15 Minuten Backzeit kannst du die Temperatur auf 170-180\u00b0C reduzieren damit der Teig nicht zu dunkel wird. Nach und nach den Zucker einrieseln lassen und Schnee auf h\u00f6chster Stufe sehr steif schlagen. Der Schnee sollte dick und gl\u00e4nzend sein. Schnee auf die Tarte auftragen und mit einem L\u00f6ffelr\u00fccken dekorative Kuppeln formen.
