Nat\u00fcrlich tue ich das! Man sieht es ihnen nicht an aber diese Weizenkleie Muffins sind randvoll mit gesunden Zutaten gef\u00fcllt, werden mit Honig ges\u00fc\u00dft und sind saftig und flaumig! Man kann die Muffins mit wei\u00dfem oder Vollkornmehl machen, Naturjoghurt statt Buttermilch nehmen. Klein geschnittene Datteln, andere Trockenfr\u00fcchte oder Heidelbeeren (achte auf die Backzeit) statt Rosinen verwenden. Wer weniger Fett haben will kann das \u00d6l durch Apfelmus oder zerdr\u00fcckte Banane ersetzen und\/oder das Ei durch das Eiwei\u00df von 2 Eiern. Hast du keinen Honig zu Hause, kannst du Zucker, Rohrohrzucker (100-140 g) oder Agavendicksaft verwenden. Grob gehackte N\u00fcsse passen auch gut.
