Am liebsten mag ich die essbaren Gl\u00fccksbringer! Gef\u00fcllt habe ich die Kekse mit selbstgemachter Ribiselmarmelade mit Rum und \u00fcberzogen habe ich sie mit Punschglasur. Die Gl\u00fccksschwein-Kekse schmecken auch wie Punschkrapferl \u2013 sehr, sehr gut! Und die Farbe ist perfekt f\u00fcr die Schweinchen. Statt Punschglasur kann man Zuckerglasur mit ein paar Tr\u00f6pfchen roter Lebensmittelfarbe nehmen, eventuell auch Rum.<\/p>\n<p><a Roll den Teig auf einer bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che ca. 2-3 mm dick aus. Mit einem Schweinchen-Ausstecher, Kekse ausstechen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Teigreste zusammenkneten, noch einmal ausrollen und Kekse ausstechen.** Backblech in die Mitte des Backofens schieben und ca. 8 Minuten backen, bis die R\u00e4nder anfangen, goldbraun zu werden. Aus dem Ofen nehmen und das Backpapier samt Keksen vorsichtig vom Blech ziehen und die Kekse ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4369-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Marmelade in 20 Sekunden Intervallen in der Mikrowelle leicht erw\u00e4rmen und durchr\u00fchren. Eventuell 2-3 Teel\u00f6ffel Rum unterr\u00fchren. Mit einem L\u00f6ffel, die Kekse gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit Marmelade bestreichen und zusammensetzen. Punschglasur nach Anleitung erw\u00e4rmen, mit einem kleinen L\u00f6ffel ein wenig auf ein Keks geben und mit einem Zahnstocher in die F\u00fc\u00dfe, zum Schwanz und zur Nase verteilen. Sofort die Schokoaugen draufsetzen und mit Zuckerperlen nach Wunsch bestreuen. Vorgang mit den Rest der Kekse wiederholen, Glasur wieder erw\u00e4rmen wenn n\u00f6tig. Vor dem Stapeln einige Stunden stehen lassen, damit die Glasur fest werden kann.
