Du kannst aber folgendes machen. Du bereitest die Cheesecakef\u00fcllung im Vorhinein zu, machst eine Rolle daraus und frierst sie ein. Danach kannst du die F\u00fcllung in St\u00fccke schneiden und die Muffins damit f\u00fcllen. Ich habe die Muffins auf dieser Art fr\u00fcher schon zubereitet und sie sind super gelungen.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtig ist, dass die Cheesecakef\u00fcllung zwischen die Muffinteigschichten kommt. Die M\u00fche lohnt sich.
