Kuchen, Apfelkuchen, Streuselkuchen, Brownies, Cheesecake und Eis schmecken 1000-mal besser wenn sie mit deiner selbstgemachten Karamellsauce betr\u00e4ufelt (oder besser: unter einer dicken Schicht Karamellsauce begraben) werden. Kein Multi-Tasking erlaubt. BEVOR du beginnst deine Karamellsauce zuzubereiten stelle die abgewogenen\/abgemessenen Zutaten bereit. Die Sauce geht recht schnell also nimm dir die Zeit dich ganz darauf zu konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich dachte ich k\u00f6nnte gleichzeitig Fotografieren und Karamellsauce machen. Das war keine gute Idee. Das Karamell wurde viel zu dunkel und verbrannte fast. Die Schritt-f\u00fcr Schritt Fotos waren ohnehin nicht zu brauchen weil die Kameralinse vom Dampf der Butter und der Schlagsahne beschlagen wurde. Karamell verlangt halt 100% Aufmerksamkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Mein zweiter Ratschlag ist, sei vorsichtig und verbrenn dich nicht. Fl\u00fcssiges Karamell ist viel hei\u00dfer als jede andere So\u00dfe auf der Welt. Es wird heftig aufsch\u00e4umen und eventuell spritzen wenn du die Butter und den Obers dazugibst \u2013 nimm also einen h\u00f6heren Topf. Und bevor du kostest, nimm unbedingt einen kalten L\u00f6ffel und teste die Temperatur mit dem Finger bevor du sie in den Mund nimmst. Karamellsauce schmeckt mit verbranntem Mund gar nicht gut.<\/p>\n<p>Ob du die Karamellsauce salzt oder nicht ist Geschmackssache. Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist wie viel Salz du hineingeben willst, lasse die fertige Karamellsauce ausk\u00fchlen, schmecke sie ab und r\u00fchre dann nach und nach ein bisschen Salz ein. Mir schmeckt die Sauce am besten etwas salzig (wie unten im Rezept angegeben.) Vanilleextrakt ist auch kein Muss. Ich finde, dass Vanille die Karamellsauce verbessert aber es macht kaum ein Unterschied wenn du keine nimmst.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Rezept wurde vor Jahren von meinem \u00e4lteren Sohn entdeckt und er hat es seitdem viel \u00f6fter gemacht als ich. Er hat auch die Schritt-f\u00fcr Schritt Fotos hier und auch in anderen Beitr\u00e4gen auf dem Blog gemacht. \ud83d\ude42 Danke!\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zucker bei mittlerer Hitze zum Schmelzen bringen. Wenn der Zucker beginnt sich aufzul\u00f6sen, mit einer hitzebest\u00e4ndigen Teigspachtel oder einem Schneebesen sanft r\u00fchren damit der Zucker gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig schmilzt.<a
