Mischung zum Kochen bringen. Hitze reduzieren und Bohnen mit einem Kartoffelstampfer zerdr\u00fccken. Einige Bohnen ganz lassen. Bohnenmus offen weiterk\u00f6cheln und \u00f6fters umr\u00fchren bis es die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht hat. (Ich hab\u2019s gern dickfl\u00fcssig wie Kartoffelbrei.) Eventuell mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnen.
