Wenn du aus dem Teig Muffins backen willst, musst du nur die Backzeit auf 15-20 Minuten verk\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich empfehle sehr, das ausgek\u00fchlte Brot fest einzuwickeln und erst am n\u00e4chsten Tag anzuschneiden. Denn auf dem Bananenbrot bildet sich eine zarte, gl\u00e4nzende Glasur. Lecker! Oder du isst es noch warm aus dem Ofen.
