Die Farbe des Kuchens ist so anziehend und der Geschmack l\u00e4sst sich nur schwer beschreiben - ganz leicht s\u00e4uerlich, nicht zu s\u00fc\u00df mit einem Hauch Vanille- und Schokoladearomen. Das Beste ist die samtige Konsistenz: weich, saftig und flaumig. Und lass dich bitte nicht vor meiner langen Vorbeschreibung abschrecken. Laut Legende entstand fr\u00fcher die rote Farbe als Resultat einer chemischen Reaktion des Kakaos mit der Buttermilch und dem Essig. Diese nat\u00fcrliche F\u00e4rbung war bestenfalls ein Rotbraun. Wie es scheint, bin ich reichlich sp\u00e4t dran, euch diesen Trend vorzustellen. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die meisten amerikanischen Rezepte f\u00fcr Red Velvet Cake werden mit Frischk\u00e4se-Frosting verziert. Wenn du deine Cupcakes mit Frischk\u00e4se-Frosting verzieren m\u00f6chtest, probier\u2019s mit meinem Rezept f\u00fcr <a href=\"http:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/anleitung-fur-cream-cheese-frosting-aus-europaischem-frischkase\/\">Cream Cheese Frosting.<\/a> Auch sehr gut w\u00e4ren sie mit dieser <a href=\"http:\/\/livingoncookies.com\/de\/tiramisu-cupcakes-mit-mascarponecreme\/\">Mascarponecreme.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verziert habe ich die Cupcakes mit dem \u201coriginalen\u201d Frosting von Red Velvet Cake. Es wird auch \u201cgekochtes\u201d oder \u201cEinbrenn\u201d Frosting genannt denn dazu wird eine Mehl-Wasser-Mischung angedickt. Dieses Frosting schmeckt unglaublich cremig, wie dicker Schlag aber leicht wie eine Vanillewolke. Mir gef\u00e4llt es auch zu den Red Velvet Cupcakes, weil es den zarten Geschmack der Cupcakes nicht \u00fcbert\u00f6nt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe gesehen, dass in vielen originalen Red Velvet Frosting Rezepten Mehl mit Milch eingedickt wird, statt mit Wasser. Mich ekelt\u2019s vor Milch und das Rezept, das ich immer schon verwendet habe ist mit Wasser, also kann ich dir vergewissern, dass dieses Rezept hervorragend ist. Ich verwende die H\u00e4lfte einer solche 28 g Dose f\u00fcr dieses Rezept.Das Mehl, gesiebt mit Kristallzucker, Natron, Salz und Kakao.Die Buttermilchmischung.
