W\u00e4ren diese Muffins nicht super als Schuljause? Aber \u00fcblicherweise schaffen es die frischen Muffins nicht in die Gefriertruhe. Ich empfehe deshalb Papierf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcr diese Muffins zu verwenden um solche \"Krisensituationen\" zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiters habe ich herausgefunden, dass wenn man beim Muffinsbacken (nicht Cupcakes!) den Backofen auf eine h\u00f6here Temperatur vorheizt (200\u00b0C) und nach 5 Minuten Backen die Hitze auf 165\u00b0C reduziert, werden die Muffins h\u00f6her und die R\u00e4nder kleben auch nicht an den Formen. Wenn du die Muffins aber lieber \"normal\" backen m\u00f6chtest, heize den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C und backe die Muffins f\u00fcr 18-20 Minuten bis ein Zahnstocher sauber herauskommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
